   Ordered two hot chocolates, they had no marshmallow and no cream. That’s when I should have cancelled, because I was given flavoured water. No real hot chocolate at all. Very disappointed

   Prepare for a looooooooong wait! Just one barista working behind the counter. And getting a Costa coffee isn't exactly a speedy process to begin with. Perhaps they are hoping some customers will drop dead of boredom or old age ..

   Absolutely terrible. We hadn't eaten for quite a while and were so hungry by the next morning. Barely any cheese in the ham and cheese. Ham wasn't good. Both were burned/over toasted. Coffee was awful too. We ate as much as we could which wasn't much and the rest went in the appropriate bin. Waste of money.

   So after our premature little one was in hospital we have been in and out for months and over the course of that time its just got worse and worse. The cakes are usually spot on, but the coffees never seem to match what you order. They just seem to put a random amount of coffee in (if any) and some red hot milk. And recently theres been no coffee in them at all....just scolding milk and water....and yet they prices have gone up?! Think we'll be using the Costa machine from now on! Cheaper and consistent! As proof out our last coffee into a cup to show them (picture attatched)

   Part of canteen now than a separate coffee shop in the lobby. No cakes and confectionery. Well hope for the better days sometimes this year.
