   I would like to thank all the workers who have managed to work and keep the store running over the Christmas period without a manager there doing great and doing the very best they can working on low stock and sometimes with no breaks , the coffee is great!

   Understaffed, been here all times of day and used the drive through. Waited about 25 minutes in the drive through. This morning, 2 staff of doing their best to serve 2 lines of people. As someone who visits the states a lot, this is supposed to be fast serve coffee, people have jobs to get to.

   We walked in and saw 4 staff members talking behind the counter, while the place looked terrible, empty coffee cups and lots of rubbish on tables and on floors. We had to move some dirty cups to sit down (none of the tables were empty of rubbish), the table was filthy and the sofa was dirty and crummy. Some time into sitting down, a lady cleared 3 tables of rubbish without wiping them down, it was not even busy inside, and about 3 cars in the drive through.

   The girl working at the counter had a bad attitude. She was wearing heavy makeup and had blonde hair. It felt like she was being racist — her attitude was very unpleasant. If she doesn’t want to provide good service, she might as well quit. We ordered a lot of drinks, but she didn’t ask for our names or even what size we wanted.I’ve been here several times, but I’ve never experienced anything like this before!

   26th May at 15:30, we went here today and disappointed with a terrible service we received by staff. Didn't ask our size, our names. no receipt. Ending drink was different to what we had order. Rude attitude when we explain about the wrong drink. I hope Starbucks will take a further steps in staff training to improve this service.

   It's OK! Think they need to change whatever cleaning products they use or the mop because it has a 'dirty mop' smell in there? Bit odd! The floor is sticky too..... Staff are all OK, they all look run off their feet so churn out the drinks and service suffers unfortunately. Tables are generally not cleaned and have previous customers empty cups left on. Toilets are ok, seemed clean when I went in. Car park only 2 hours- bit of an issue if you're a business customer working with no option in the shop to add your number plate. Surely you want customers to stay in there and keep buying? How to improve- Sort the 2 hours limit Get better cleaning products and think the place needs a deep clean Clean up after people Say hello / goodbye to your customers And let's face it, the coffee is a bit weak....

   Took grandchildren for treat yesterday - never again - floors dirty and tables full of dirty cups and plates. Tables sticky and no signs that they would be moved or cleaned . Had to move them ourselves. Real health risk in current climate. The staff were not busy either . Overpriced drinks - a £4+ hot chocolate came in a very small mug with not even a sprinkle of chocolate on top - never again - not even worth a 1 star - total disrespect for customers

   THIS IS A FRANCHISE NOT OFFICIAL STARBUCKS Never have any stock of 80% of what i want. Wanted a oatmilk iced frappuccino with frapp bits and vegan cream. Only had oat milk.... never managed to get my order correct since it opened.
