   Upstairs you will find lots of women clothes and lots of sales jeans from price of 15 pound mannequins are not secure size are from 10 to 20 in adult hairbands from as low as 50 p but some can be pricy like 7 pound in sale skirts are 3 pound toys most are the same stuff action figures but a lot of boys and girls toys.

   Good experience, clothes are decent and relatively cheaper than its competitors, only downsides are the horrible music. Employees are generally nice and helpful, I like that the ladies and men clothes are sectioned so it’s quicker to look for something that’ll suite you without having everything bundled together.

   Matalan Erith where staff endeavour to provide no service at all. Serve yourself of just experience a reluctant (borderline rude) minimal level of assistance with a self service machine. If they can't be bothered to sell you something that you bring to the checkout, I'm surprised people can be bothered to buy. (Although, that said, on reflection the self service till would probably have been both friendlier and more polite - perhaps that's why they replace staff with them!)

   Used to love coming to this Matalan store, the staff in there are nice and mostly helpful but I didnt enjoy my last experience at all, I cant believe there are no fitting rooms and you have to scan the items and remove the security tags yourself! I had a rare day off work midweek and wanted to try on some holiday clothes, I've had to buy some hoping they fit and that I dont have to go through the hassle of coming back to return the items on the weekend when the store will be busier. Plus I was stressing that I might miss a security tag on the clothes.
