   Possibly the rudest till staff I’ve ever dealt with. Snappy, rude, distracted and patronising. Took issue with how I was answering their questions in order to return an item, when the problem was really that their hearing was awful. The staff were equally rude when speaking to each other as they were to customers. I’ve been here exactly twice: once to buy an item, and once to return that item. Staff were horrible both times, so I won’t be shopping here again.

   Be careful in the store. There are pick pocketers that operate in there store. My mum got her purse stolen today and apparently its been happening in the store everyday this week. The sale agents do not warn their customers and are not very helpful

   Can't use the fitting rooms even though all other shops are open now and allowing to try on clothes. The fitting rooms are used as a storage room. Clothes not priced accurately. Clothes on the sale rail but no sale price. Still has stickers over the mirrors so you cannot see in them.staff not helpful.

   I'm always able to find something that I like and fits me well. Big plus for selling children's clothes. Staff is kind and polite, very helpful. Products are of good quality and at reasonable price.

   I was disappointed to find that emotional support dogs are not allowed in the store (even when tiny and being carried) with the explanation given that "other customers might be allergic to fur"... (guide dogs clearly have special fur?). I have shopped here for years but I guess I will have to take my business elsewhere.
