We’ve been turned away by other branches (Croydon included), but Kwik Fit Hornchurch has been a completely different experience. Sammi and his team — I’ve forgotten the other lads’ names, but honestly, every single one of them has been brilliant — have gone above and beyond to help us out. Whether it’s sorting TPMS warning lights, last-minute tyre issues, or just general advice, they’ve been spot-on every time. What really stands out is the attitude — no jobs too awkward, no EV snobbery, no passing the buck. Sammi in particular has shown a genuine willingness to learn as he goes, which is exactly what’s needed in the growing EV world. You have to take your time to really have a look at everything..they have beautiful desserts from Greece and the freezer section is overflowing with such delicious foods. I did ask for price check and was helped..but on a product availability wasn't very helpful just sent me to another section..but it's nice to see all the fresh produce and everything else. The Coop Team Members (Adam, Mrs Nancy and the others)are very helpful apart from the securities are always following the customers as robbers. Last night an Indian security grabbed my arms without any reason and I said to him, do not touch me. All the Coop Staff know me as I am constantly buying in there. Even I have my Membership card. So do not be annoyed if the securities think or get wrong conclusions against you in there.”
