    Hi I’m delivering rider for Uber and I have ordered from there and I ask coop staff she said wait and I wait for 5 min and I ask her agian my order is ready she start shouting on me and so rude and she said cancel order I can’t give you orders which she not have right for this if she is bad day she need to be in her home

    The staff here have no clue what customer service is! Their attitudes are disgusting, staff are moody and rude. All they do is moan about eachother. They don’t move out of the way at all you always have to get out the way for them with no please or thank you’s. There’s never anyone on the tills, they make you wait while they continue stocking the shelf or doing deliveries. I think there is one lady who is alright but the rest of them are shocking. I go in there often as it’s easy for me on the way home from work, will happily go elsewhere now.

    25.06.22 Had just arrived in Essex from Kent via a long set of bus and coach journeys due to the train strikes. My experience in store was quick and efficient and Eric really helped me out by providing me stellar customer service which led me to leave with a smile! Lovely staff with standard Co-Op prices.

    Extremely rude Indian woman serving on the checkouts. Could certainly do with some customer service training. Spoke to me like I was something she'd trodden in. Shall stick to using the Mungo Park branch from now on. The staff in there are far nicer.

    My number one supermarket, I really like the Coop products. The Coop Team Members (Adam, Mrs Nancy and the others)are very helpful apart from the securities are always following the customers as robbers. Last night an Indian security grabbed my arms without any reason and I said to him, do not touch me. All the Coop Staff know me as I am constantly buying in there. Even I have my Membership card. So do not be annoyed if the securities think or get wrong conclusions against you in there.
