Good good chai tea (no masala) and reminded me a little of India too.. bit pricy but defo worth it… I’ll be back in the near future for sure as I attend soulparadise spa too
Very good customer service and they are very friendly always coffee food, sweet everything high-quality very clean and definitely will be regular customer highly recommended
The Sip House is a hidden gem. The coffee is consistently amazing...rich, smooth, and just perfect every time. I especially love the Mocha; it’s flawless. The lady who owns and runs the place is so warm and friendly, it instantly feels welcoming. Whether you sit outside or inside, the whole vibe of this place is very chill and sociable. They also have very tasty vegan options, which is a huge plus. Highly recommend!

When a cafe has the sign speciality coffee outside then you just have to go in and give it a try. The staff are very friendly, there is a lovely atmosphere and the coffee is delicious. It was a lovely way to spend a half hour.
Really gorgeous little coffee shop serving the best coffee you'll find anywhere. The girls who run the coffee shop are really friendly and make an absolutely brilliant range of paninis and sandwiches. A naughty but nice range of pastries and cakes (must have eaten every one of the cakes more than twice!) with regular cake of the day on special display. I've seen other customers set up their laptops there, read the papers and relax on the outside chairs under the canopy. Great little colourful flower display outside which makes the place feel homely, too. Inside they play a great assortment of tunes in the background. Dog friendly as well. Could not recommend this fantastic coffee shop highly enough!
Amazing coffee! We were over from Australia visiting my parents who live in hornchurch I use to live there before moving over to Australia and have always struggled to find a good coffee anywhere locally until I found the sip house on my recent trip back! The girls are so lovely and friendly and coffee is on par with the coffee that you get in Australia. Would highly recommend I loved it. I will be back on my next visit home :-)
