   Went here first my alevels results night and for gcse results night to week after, after winning the £150 prize for students who show their results. Both times they were extremely busy with families as expected, but the food came out in timely matter and was delicious. We had the same waiter both times, a young man who also got his results on that day, who was very friendly and was exceptional at dealing with a ton of tables as once. Definitely recommend and will be coming back!

   Went with a friend for lunch and the service nd food were amazing. Anna is the kindest and helpful waitress and the chef Antonio prepared the most amazingly cooked meals for both of us - I had the sea bass and my friend the chicken - we enjoyed all of it. We will be back !

   I visited Zizzi Hornchurch on Monday and would like to praise the excellent service I received from our waitress, Angelika. From the moment we were seated, she greeted us with a warm and friendly smile. She was incredibly attentive and polite, happily answering all our questions about the menu. I ordered the mozzarella garlic bread to start and the beef ragu for my main course. The food was delicious and arrived in good time.

   We celebrated my friend daughter's birthday there. Staff is very friendly, helpful, and always smiling. The food is amazing!!! We ate pizzas and pork belly with chips, carrots, and sweet spicy jam. It was very tasty! The atmosphere there is very nice, interior is simple and at the same time very unique and modern. Highly recommended!

   Went there with work colleagues on a weekday. The restaurant is lovely looking and the food was nice too. I ordered the special crab cannelloni which was very nice and filling. The restaurant wasn't too busy and there was 3 servers despite this we had to call to get the attention of the servers multiple times and even after that once we got the bill and ready to pay took another 15mins to get someones attention.

   They've recently refurbished zizzi hornchurch. You can't go wrong with zizzi. They're 3 course set menu is very reasonable with lots of choice. Staff are exceptional.

   i went to get takeout and you know what happened to me? Now I will tell you quickly! I went to the bar and showed my order number the guy at the desk showed me a door and said to go there pointing at the door with his finger I asked him why he replied that I belong there I felt like a dog but I waited patiently for the waitress to bring me the food I needed to take it and I asked how I am different from the people who eat inside, that I have no right to enter, she was quite nice among other things, but what she explained to me infuriated me, she said that the correctional officers had ordered them not to let anyone in who would not food in the restaurant! So friends welcome to zizi! they offer takeaway food but you can't go inside, you'll stand at the door until someone notices you, you can't even ring or knock!

   Excellent evening from start to finish. Felt very welcommened as soon as arrived by our lovely waitress. The restaurant is spacious and very well presented. As for the food, this was superb with a large variety to choose from. I went for the King Prawn Spiedini with mini Sour Doughs for starters followed by the Vegan Rainbow Lagsagne with Vegan Mozzarella as a main - both choices were so tasty! Looking forward to returning!
