   Had a really bad experience with the assistant manager or whoever was in charge of the ladies section on the ground floor today. Agreed that we did make a mistake of not keeping the clothes at the right place but that doesn’t warrant making faces and making loud rude comments.

   All of the team were super helpful and although I was given a 1pm (do not visit store before receiving confirmation of online delivery) I tried my luck and cheekily asked one of the team to have a look for it and I waited in Costa, the girls emailed me shortly after and I collected my delivery really quickly. Team were professional, and super helpful and friendly! Thankyou Emma and team.

   I’ve always found that all the staff in next have been extremely helpful. Nothing seems to be a problem when either picking up online orders or sending them back. I would like to say a special thank you to Sue who wears glasses . She is always friendly and helpful and greets you with a smile. She will always go the extra mile to help you.

   Worst click & collect experience! Got parcel after 25mins wait. The staff didn't even bother to ask when they saw me still waiting when other people came later got their parcel first. When asked, they said key on ipad again despite telling them I've done it 5 times. Still no parcel after keyed for 6th time, they ask me to go to any till for assistance. Went to downstairs till and said only upstairs men till can collect parcel. There was a queue again at the upstairs till. I would not recommend to collect from this store.

   Click&Collect, is ment to be quick and easily accessible. Today went to collect some jeans ordered online. Went in store, to type my ref number in the iPad, to find 18 other people awaiting their parcels. People who were at the till point, giving their ref numbers and a member of staff was going pass everyone else and getting there parcels straight away. 20 minute wait, I got my parcel, before some people who had been there longer. Ridiculous set up, sort out some staff planning!

   Our experience was nothing to do with sales but magnificent customer skills . We found ourselves lost due to local road works. Two staff could have not been more helpful with directions and setting our mobile phone with Google maps.. well done staff and thank you.

   Had to wait 20 minutes for my click and collect. There were 10 people waiting and only one lady serving - terrible service **Update** Again still long wait times for click and collect - they need to get a better system! The lads who work in the menswear dept treat the shop as a social event and don’t pay attention to the customers…

   Popped into this branch today, as I had been given a gift card as a present. Not shopped in Next for quite a few years, a very lovely lady checked my gift card balance before shopping and gave me some very helpful advice while looking around. Very clean and tidy, excellent customer service.

   Next need to put the correct opening times on their website. I had to drive quite a distance to collect an order. Got there just before 10am which was the stated opening time on the website to find it doesn't open at 10am. Waste of my time and petrol.
