   Linda has very high customer service skills, she is very polite and helpful, she also has a very welcoming approach to the customers. We had to take something back for my daughter as the clothing was damaged and she made the whole process very easy and simple without any hesitation she exchanged it for a different one straight away. That kind of customer service makes people want to return back to that store. Thank you Linda !!!

   If I could 0 stars I would, customer service isn’t a thing at this shop. I walked in to get a store credit as I saw the refund policy. The lady (Lily B) did not smile, did not say anything just simply kept giving us dirty looks. Not sure who she thought she was. But she wasn’t and she really shouldn’t be working in customer service

   Came in today to bring back items sold to my husband for my birthday,really surprised you only give credit notes especially as the shop is not suited to my age group .As I pointed out to your staff who smirked at me.Poor customer service ,avoid avoid .Now stuck with a credit note for a shop suited to 15 year olds.Good luck to anyone who shops make sure you like what you buy and it fits .Good luck shoppers.
