Great store mainly because of the Staff(Ali & Ivan), so incredibly helpful and what above beyond to help us!
Been to Gant Store in Lakeside a number of times. The store attendants have been particularly polite and helpful. Ali, a young man at the store on 09 August 2025 is a good employee to have.
Popped into the store as there was a sale on, even though I didn’t really need anything, I ended up purchasing some chinos and a T- Shirt. I would like to add we had exceptional service from Hayley who was very helpful. Thank you. David Southall

I normally visit the Gant Store in Cambridge, but never seem to find anything and the staff are not as friendly. However I recently visited the Gant store in Lakeside and had a truly exceptional experience. I was greeted and assisted by a staff member named Ali, whose customer service was nothing short of outstanding and really friendly! Ali's knowledge of the Gant products was impressive, and he was incredibly helpful in finding the perfect items to suit my style. His patience and attention to detail were evident throughout my visit.
Really enjoy shopping here. The staff are a credit to GANT and nothing is too much trouble. Brilliant service.

I WENT TO YOURS SHOP AND IT WAS CLOSING AND A GENTLEMAN CALLED NATHAN SHOWED GREAT PROFESSIONLISM AND HE INVITED ME EVEN THOUGH THE STORE WAS CLOSING HE WENT THE EXTRA LENGTH TO SERVE ME AND I FELT VERY SPECIAL I FOUND THE SHIRT THAT FITTED ME AFTER GIVING HIM ALOT OF TOUBLE NOT ONCE DID HE GET ANGRY OR FUSTRATED AMAZING GUY AND I RUN MY DAD BUSINESS AND I CAN TELL YOU THIS CONFINDENTLY HE IS ASSET TO THE COMPANY I THINK HE WILL FROM MY EXPREINCE BE A GREAT MANAGER ONE DAY DONT LOSE THIS CHANCE USE HIM TO THE MAXIMUM CAPACITY I CAN SEE HE HAS GOT THAT CAPABILITY IN HIM TRUST ME
