Nice people out there. Great customer service. Still don’t know why they get bad reviews on here. Hoping it gets better
Went in to check if they had a certain Coach bag in store and the girl at the front was so lovely and pointed me down to her colleague at the tills to check something for me. Even though they didn’t have the item I wanted they were so kind and helpful.
Not sure how there so many bad reviews but every experience here been great, customer service so friendly and helpful ,no issues with items and I always get orders sent to store to pick up and all been fine. Had to order for delivery in store in the store and that was fine. Never had an issue at all so don't be put off by the reviews. I even recall one time they had a pair of trainers I wanted in my size but one was off colour and they even tried to discount me them but I'm really picky and didn't want them and they was fine with it. Genuinely not been an issue with this store.
Great shop but service is awful. Staff is rude and not helpful, makes you feel bad when you ask for assistance
Terrible customer service . The store manager lied about the return process and despite me proving her wrong by showing her flannels website she continued to lie . I see from other reviews this seems to be the norm in romford . I've spent over 5K IN flannels in the last 3 month but will never shop there again
Beautiful shop, spacious and clean. Some quite good clothes too and helpful staff.

I went in store to exchange a necklace we had purchased online. The lady working at the jewellery counter provided false information, refusing to exchange because “due to their policy they don’t return jewellery” and explained this was both in store and online. I explained that policy was only on pierced jewellery. She remained persistent and refused to help me. Once leaving the store i was able to do a return online, further proving her lack of customer service. This has made my exchange more complicated than necessary.
