“There is plenty of choice with great staff service. My friend had taken me out to walk to get some exercise drove to Romford. After the bank trip, she went into Parmar shoes, a gentleman offered his help, and sold her 3 pairs of boots. The store was clean, and all merchandise was well displayed. “Next moved here from the Brewery to its present location in the liberty shopping complex a couple of years now. Still the same high-quality clothing for all age groups. The ground floor is mainly women clothing, home wares towards the back of the shop. The automated click and collect service is just by the end of the payment till. Upstairs one can find clothes for men and children..It is well stocked. Staff are helpful”

“I was given a phone number on the delivery note to call when I was 5 minutes away. The lad I spoke to explained it was a bit of a tricky maneuver to get into position. He stopped the traffic on the main road so I could reverse off the road then in front of the unit. A friendly bunch who stopped people parking in places which would have blocked me in whilst the container was being tipped.”

“Nice big store, big carpark, we always come here to do our weekly shopping, they have almost everything we need plus a very good selection of ethnic food thst we buy regularly and at a decent price too, been coming here since we moved to the area in 1989, this is an important landmark and the proposed residential flats should Never be given planning permission”

“Not sure how there so many bad reviews but every experience here been great, customer service so friendly and helpful ,no issues with items and I always get orders sent to store to pick up and all been fine. Had to order for delivery in store in the store and that was fine. Never had an issue at all so don't be put off by the reviews. I even recall one time they had a pair of trainers I wanted in my size but one was off colour and they even tried to discount me them but I'm really picky and didn't want them and they was fine with it. Genuinely not been an issue with this store.”
