   Next is my local go to store for my clothes so I often pop into have a quick look as they receive new arrivals almost everyday. The price for their own goods is amazing along with fabulous quality. If you prefer a little designer label no problems NEXT now sells an array of designer labels not so much in store but take a look online, you won't be disappointed. If ordering online you can have your order delivered to a store for free or delivered to your home for a small fee, a year of unlimited deliveries for £22.50 (approx). Returns are free at NEXT. When purchasing you can request the hangers with your purchases, at most stores for free.

   Customer service in this store is awful, click and collect, yeah that'll be a 15 minute wait every time. Staff standing around chatting without a care in the world. Use if enjoy standing around in Next for fifteen minutes and have nothing better to do.

   Next moved here from the Brewery to its present location in the liberty shopping complex a couple of years now. Still the same high-quality clothing for all age groups. The ground floor is mainly women clothing, home wares towards the back of the shop. The automated click and collect service is just by the end of the payment till. Upstairs one can find clothes for men and children..It is well stocked. Staff are helpful

1. Ave Summerfield ★★☆☆☆

   Collected over £100 worth of children's items items today which i had ordered online. It was all stuffed into one torn bag and badly taped up. I asked for another bag to replace it and was told I need to pay 15p, actually ridiculous. I made it clear I wasn't happy then was given some dirty dusty bag from out the back. I think some customer service training wouldn't go a miss with this team.

   After decades of shopping at M&S I'm now switching to Next as my main shop. Quality of materials/clothes continues to be great despite inflation etc (as other shops are now deteriorating) and unlike my previous choice their customer service continues to be great even when the shop is very busy. Well done Next you have a new regular customer for decades to come.

   A big collection of clothes and shoes, for men, women and children. The children section is big and versatile. Prices a bit higher than other shops, but reasonable. Staff are polite and respectful.

   I bought a suit from Romford on the 14th had to pick it up on the 16th got suit home and was wrong size. Took it back on the 17th to get correct size said they could not deliver for ten days. Said they will give me a refund immediately did not receive this until days later. So I went online on the 17th to order suit to be picked up from store on Saturday 21st. Got an email on the 21st saying suit delayed for another ten days! Absolutely disgusted as I needed this for the Saturday 21st for a wedding! Would never buy anything from next again very very unprofessional!
