“Went into the store in Romford after Christmas to exchange my Daughters coat. I was shocked how the store looked.. no tills, no where to stand to talk to a member of staff, no womens wear at all!! However the store manager Nicole went above and beyond to help us, she was absolutely fantastic, a real credit to the store.”
“Large store with many lines and not just the lower end brands that you find in other branches. Friendly staff and clean store.”

“Next moved here from the Brewery to its present location in the liberty shopping complex a couple of years now. Still the same high-quality clothing for all age groups. The ground floor is mainly women clothing, home wares towards the back of the shop. The automated click and collect service is just by the end of the payment till. Upstairs one can find clothes for men and children..It is well stocked. Staff are helpful”
“Fantastic place for all football needs. The service is always top-class, and today the team went above and beyond with their customer care. Highly recommend — thanks again to the team.”
“I brought my teenage daughter and a couple of her friends here for her birthday evening recently and they had a really great time. Based on a few previous visits a long time ago, I wasn’t expecting very much from Namco but booked due to location. I was really pleasantly surprised by our recent visit. The girls had fun bowling, doing AI darts and arcades and enjoyed the food and milk shakes. I was really impressed by how lovely, helpful and attentive all of the staff were throughout - keeping the whole thing running smoothly and helping to make sure that things didn’t feel rushed or stressful, despite me messing up the booking timings slightly. Didn’t catch the staff names unfortunately but in particular the 2 female front desk staff (one had blue hair/piercings) and the bar staff were all really helpful. Very much appreciated, the girls are all keen to return again :)”
“Hard working honest guys. Very knowledgeable and quick. Had a great experience and would definitely recommend to friends and will go again should I need anything done to my car. They were quick and booked me in immediately for my 320i.”
“Lisa was so helpful when it came to finding some new equipment for my horses! She went above and beyond and will definitely be my new go to local tack shop!”
“Matalan Retail Ltd is a British clothing and homewares retailer based in Knowsley, Merseyside, founded by John Hargreaves in 1985. In August 1988, its operations director at the time, Duncan Sullivan, transformed Matalan into an out-of-town warehouse-style, membership-only cash-and-carry business, inspired by Sam's Club in the United States. The membership-only model was phased out by March 1998. Matalan's turnover grew from £26m in 1992 to £800m in 1998, with over seven million customers and a £1bn valuation on the London Stock Exchange. As of June 2024, the retailer has 230 locations domestically, as well as a number of franchise outlets in the Middle East. The retailer is a wholly owned subsidiary of Missouri Topco Limited, a holding company which is based in Guernsey, and is controlled by the Hargreaves family.”

“There is plenty of choice with great staff service. My friend had taken me out to walk to get some exercise drove to Romford. After the bank trip, she went into Parmar shoes, a gentleman offered his help, and sold her 3 pairs of boots. The store was clean, and all merchandise was well displayed. This is definitely a store I would visit again when in Romford.”
