   I brought my teenage daughter and a couple of her friends here for her birthday evening recently and they had a really great time. Based on a few previous visits a long time ago, I wasn’t expecting very much from Namco but booked due to location. I was really pleasantly surprised by our recent visit. The girls had fun bowling, doing AI darts and arcades and enjoyed the food and milk shakes. I was really impressed by how lovely, helpful and attentive all of the staff were throughout - keeping the whole thing running smoothly and helping to make sure that things didn’t feel rushed or stressful, despite me messing up the booking timings slightly. Didn’t catch the staff names unfortunately but in particular the 2 female front desk staff (one had blue hair/piercings) and the bar staff were all really helpful. Very much appreciated, the girls are all keen to return again :)

   Such a great atmosphere and there’s always new games and prizes! The manager Beth was so sweet and helpful and made our experience all the better! We also met Lucas who gave us amazing customer service. We will definitely be coming back, had such a good time!

   No wait, arrived for bowling 25 minutes past time but were still able to play which was generous! The space was easy to navigate. Bathrooms could have been cleaner but I’ve seen worse. Decent spot for kids & adults alike

   A relatively decent number of arcade games for the kids. The games are £1 so you can rack up costs very quickly. Would advise you to get your kids to pace themselves. Most of the games give you reward tickets after playing (better score = greater number of tickets). You can then exchange tickets for gifts at the gift shop. You would need to have spent a fortune on games to get any worthwhile gift though. However, kids love the idea of winning tickets and my fatigued for example is only interested in playing games where she has a chance of getting more tickets, no matter how many times I tell her to select games she will enjoy and not worry about tickets. There is also a bowling alley for even greater fun.

   Members of staff are so unfriendly and not helpful. They did not meet my customer needs by not giving me the full details of what I was purchasing. I was given a voucher to use and I was not able to use it during the Holidays, which I was not told either.

   I was lucky enough to be working just outside of this crazy madcap wonder of a kid’s haven of a place. It was so much fun and the kids there in absolute bliss! Birthday parties, bowling parties music lights constant action the place is FAB. My personal experience there was managing The Snowman and Snow Dog. Funscape was nice enough to allow us an area to rest between appearances and they couldn’t of been more helpful or obliging to our needs. Thank you to the staff. It wasn’t in your job description to help us yesterday but you did so much. You’re a great group of people. Warmest regards. Extra stars for going beyond in the name of loving kids!

   Not a bad place if you fancy hitting up the arcades, shooting some pool, bowling or just catching a few drinks, enough to keep you entertained for a few hours. We took the little ones here for some bowling and arcades and they seemed to enjoy it. One note, don't play for the rewards via tickets, diminishing returns... All in all, was a nice experience.

   Can't go wrong with slot machines! Give the kids a tenner each and they love it! The bowling alley is also amazing! Book online for exclusive discounts and be sure to bring cash! The Bar is decent enough. Probably better in the evenings. Staff are also great. Always smiling and happy to help.
