   Wow! Been here today. It must pub cleanest pub I've ever been in. When they change bar staff they clean the whole bar change the bar mats and clean the floor, handles on toilet doors handles on the exit doors. A Real good old fashioned pub and crusty cheese and onion rolls. You cannot get a better pub than this well worth a visit time and time again.

   The top house reminds me of being in an old school pub in the East end. Owners and staff are friendly and welcoming. Got made welcome on my first visit 18 months ago. Been in there once or twice a week since. I bring an elderly relative with me who has been a customer for over 7 years and he is well looked after on every visit by staff and customers alike. If you're passing pop in, worth a visit.

   Changed management a little while ago and trying to change the previous negative reputation. Doing a great job and now starting to attract a new crowd. Nice atmosphere and has live music from time to time. Friendly staff, recommend for an entertaining night out.
