Scrolling down the reviews you can clearly see that JD is not bothered about replying to any one of the reviews. But im going to write one anyway. Sometimes through the day when the kids are at school and im not due in for work yet i like to window shop as part of my time away from all the demands in life. Its so lovely that employees can be really helpful and ask if you would like any help. But whe you get asked like 4-5 times in a row. You start to get annoyed. Why do you need that many people to ask for help. Why do they smuther you. Why can you just do a warm greeting. Its okay when you are just looking to be aske 20 odd times of we need help bit wjen you want to buy something so one to be seen. Maybe you guys should review you game plan?

The guy in the casuals( probably manager ) doesnβt know how to speak to customers. Good store with nice clothes, but the staff member should speak to customers more politely. I understand there are rules, like not putting selected clothes in personal bags, but it would be better if he explained them in a more respectful or professional way.

I recently visited JD and had an unpleasant experience with a manager named Samyia i believe. Unfortunately, she was quite rude and did not serve me properly. Instead of assisting customers, she seemed more focused on her phone and showed little interest in helping. This kind of attitude is disappointing and doesnβt reflect the level of service I expect from a place like JD. I hope management addresses this issue to ensure better customer service in the future.

I clicked on the order and collect next day option for it to not be available the next day, which I can get behind since it could be a delivery problem and not the actual Romford branch behind the delay. I was on holiday for a week and then came back to collect the shoes but the customer service was not the best - no smiles or anything. After one of the workers asked for the name of the order to confirm it was mine, he thrust/dropped the box into my arms without a second glance - he was so rude. The shoes were in good condition (hence the 2 stars) but the box, that the shoes came in, was damaged, which is very disappointing. I donβt think I will be buying from here anytime soon.

A few of us went shopping and picked out a couple things to try on. Whilst in the changing rooms we heard the staff mentioning that people were coming in for interviews, their exact words were βoh another white one coming in for an interview againβ. This is not acceptable, we decided not to try on anything else or buy the items and walked out the store. We will never go back to that store again and will be telling others the same! It doesnβt matter what colour/ ethnicity you are we are all human!

what a load of rubbish the app is so I uninstalled it, went onto there direct website and it cannot find a store in Romford on store finder.jd sport you need to get your finger out and sort it out.

Staff advised they buy all the good stock and re sell for a profit and do not allowing the public to buy. Lie to customers that they don't have stock also. Your best bet is to go FOOTLOCKER... staff can only buy 1 pair. What a joke
