I ordered multiple bag chains on a "next day" basis so that I could hang the bangs prior to my gym opening. 5 days later they still haven't arrived and DPD tracking just shows "there is a problem". I have contacted Boxfit by email a few days ago for a refund as they have failed to fulfil my order. But unfortunately I haven't even received a reply to my email. Based on this experience I definitely wouldn't recomend. Edit: they have been fairly proactive in replacing the order and ensuring that the second delivery arrived on time. for this reason I have upgraded the review to 3 stars. Understandably the courier is largely out of their control once the items are despatched, but dealing with the issue has been done well.

Terrible Service. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Goods weren’t in stock after being displayed as in stock.and when they didn’t arrive they were returned to sender (The company). I have been waiting since the 17th of October and nothing. I’ve requested a refund as the products weren’t delivered and still nothing. I have reached out multiple times and have they do not respond to emails they have left me waiting 4-5 days for a simple and unhelpful reply although I’ve sent multiple emails during that period of time. Still no refund and order confirmation from the 17th of September! Terrible customer service. I was left without the gear and my money for over a month now. Save yourself the hassle and just AVOID THIS COMPANY. You’re reply to my review stated you issued a refund immediately… however that’s not true unless you think almost two weeks is “Immediately”… and also it was coincidentally the day after I had informed you I would be speaking to the ombudsman to solve the issue that you miraculously issued the refund. Once again showing your lack of professionalism with your dishonesty in your reply. I have added the photos below to prove your lies and the email of me informing your id be contacting the ombudsman’s in case you are left with any further confusion.

Shocked at how easy and quick my item shipped! Not to mention excellent communication from BoxFit UK! We ordered a large item but the only option (I didn’t know the exact weight) was next day delivery. They proactively emailed saying they were sorry that due to the size it wouldn’t be “next day” and apologized for the inconvenience (no inconvenience on my part! I had a feeling this might be the case) but it STILL arrived via DPD 2 days after order submission! I was shocked when DPD showed up with my dog food delivery AND our century wavemaster XXL at the same time! They were also better priced than some of their competitors in the UK. Very pleased with this company/product.

A week ago I bought the Rival Rs1 gloves in the leather version on this website, the old version, which I had been searching for several days all over the internet. . This version is currently difficult to find because only the current one is sold, the RS1 ultra glove. Despite some confusion on the part of the store, which initially sent me the new version in red, I had no problem returning the item. They gave me enough facilities to be able to carry out the return. Finally, I was able to receive the version of the gloves that I was looking for and the one that I was waiting for a long time and even though, they are about 18oz and I normally wear 16oz (since I weigh 70-73kg) they are amazing gloves and magnificent, with superior quality compared to other gloves on the market. I am very grateful for the treatment and attention received by the Box Fit Uk team and I am sure that I will purchase some of their products again due to the extensive variety they have, despite having to pay a few euros more for customs. I strongly recommend buying here because they are magnificent professionals. Thank you very much

Would never use this company again the staff are rude they laugh at customers when you call with a problem they swear in conversation they threaten you with calling the coach.. then called the coach of the club.bad mouthing the customer and their husband..when your explaining an issue you have they dont listen.. they refuse to help they speak to customers with an attitude I'm absolutely disappointed in their service To the reply below from box fit uk I stand by my review the language was appalling and the attitude on the phone was disgusting and the t shirts I ordered did not have the sizes below you then called the coach bad mouthing me and my husband and has taken you now weeks to reply to my review your customer service is appalling I'm not having a slanging match with you which is also not professional from your company my review stands you did nothing to help wether its customise or not so what your company basically is saying if its customise and months later if the product becomes faulty and the customer has the receipts you still wont help refund or exchange because its customised even though most products have a 12 month warranty with them.. I have seen many bad reviews on here and have even seen another rude reply from your company. As a customer I'm not impressed silly mistake or not..
