   I went to Nike store Taplow on Wednesday 10th of December and had a great shopping experience. I was Greeted by a member of Staff called Olivia .She was very friendly and very happy to help with my requests, she showed me around the store and helped me figure out my daughters shoe size, as she is still a baby but growing fast so I needed an update on size aswell as getting some much needed bits for my siblings as its christmas. She was very attentative to my needs and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my experience. Outstanding customer service skills and a credit to your store.

   Great store, easy to get to (from both M4 and A4), plenty of parking, but can get busy during peak shopping times. The store itself has a good range of products with some great offers, saving £'s off the usual RRP. You often find the odd unique design which is a nice little treat when it happens.

   Pretty good outlet store with a variety of clothes and shoes. Only mark down is that there seems to be some discrepancy between the price on labels and the actual price they charge. Usually it is cheaper than the label but might have bought a couple more items had I known when I was browsing.

   I recently visited the Nike store and had a very disappointing experience. The security person kept following me around and repeatedly told me not to wear my jacket cap. Even after I removed it and showed my face, he still insisted that I keep it off and made sure I was visible at all times. It felt as if I was being treated like a thief, which was extremely uncomfortable and disrespectful. I understand that security is important, but this kind of behavior is unnecessary and unprofessional. It completely ruined what should have been a normal shopping experience. I hope the management looks into this and ensures customers are treated with more respect in the future.

   Big enough store with men, women and chickens clothing not to forgets footwear. However, I expected to see more of a range of clothing. No sale or reduced sales items at all today and organised, well structured layout. Nothing amazing. Some nice retro trainers can be found here.

   The store itself is a nice place, but the offers are not very appealing. Not a lot of value as they'd have us believe. £90 trainers reduced by 30 to 50%, but the sizes are hard to find and colours are not appealing either. Overall, as waste of tine, as we travelled from West London (35 mile round trip).

   Nice outlet with good stock availability w.r.t women & men clothing. Good options for Shoes too, though a bit limited variety. Kids clothing is very limited, and similarly their shoes. Staff is nice at the till but the staff at the shoes area are usually quite busy and thus aren't much interactive/supportive to the customers (one minus point there). Ample parking is available outside and overall a very nice Nike outlet.

   Found a top on the 50% off rack with a stain on it. The Nike Employee could not find others on the shop-floor despite their system telling them that there were others available, so the Nike Employee offered to have one shipped for the same price as the 50% off rack to my address. Great customer service given the situation. Thanks to Joe!
