   So I went shopping to find my son some trainers - went into JD thinking right let’s have a look - they had a sale on great - found some lovely once which where black and blue - they was on sale for £50 reduce from £75 - got the right size went to pay for them then like was like that’s £75 please I Replied, they was on sale from £75-£50 he went over came back and went no they’re not. I said yes they r and he was like oh can you show me in a rude manner - I went over there. Someone has swapped the trainers over to a different part of the display so I said okay fair enough. Well you need to make sure That these things are highlighted as it’s false advertising they were very rude didn’t apologise or nothing

   Nobody to ask fir assistance but when I took a pic of a trainer to show my son to see if he wanted them particular a rude woman appeared followed by a manager or security. Inappropriate and s verely in perception and professional people skills. Won't be going there again.

   The staff were friendly but you have to gain their attention as you will be easily ignored. They need to train their staff as some don’t know about the returns policy. I had a PayPal return and was informed about the procedure incorrectly. If I had known the right process I would’ve had my money returned that same day. Waste of time to be honest
