   Wrost customer service Their manager Nola and Ashleigh was wild and no customer skills no manners to talk with customers and being rude and disrespectful. It was a Black Friday sale and shoe was 70% off but they charge me full price without letting me know. Really disappointed and bad experience. Seems like they are always rude and in bad mood. Avoid this store.

   I visit this store regularly as it’s my closest. The staff Nola is first of all rude and absolutely disgusting. She offers no help and is just on the phone. I remember asking her for help and she told me someone will help me but all her staff was working while she was watching me. She don’t know how to take no for an answer when I tell her I don’t want any excess stuff with my shoes. You can tell her staff are fed up with her the way she speaks to them is disrespectful and rude.

   Don’t interrupt the staffs socialising .. or you’ll get poor service Had one person check on me while all the staff were basically shouting at each other and laughing/ joking around … completely unprofessional throughout my experience.. and made me want to leave within a few minutes.. I will not be returning Music is loud and few sizes available

   Ordered two pairs of trainers at same time, one pair arrived couple days later, the others took basically a month despite canceling them 3 weeks after the order because they were sent all over the country apart from the actual delivery point in the order. when shoes arrived despite canceling i left work early to go to the Romford store to end this sorry transaction only to be told that they were unable to do returns as their return system was down and would have to return tomorrow though maybe not as not sure when the system would be up. Found staff unhelpful and to busy entertaining their friends who visit the store to have a chat.
