Amazing customer service from James. Very intentive and very helpful. Manager is also Amazing. Helped me with trainers and they are just very polite and well mannered. 100% recommend this store for a great customer service experience and good items.
Today I recieved the best experience I have ever had in a store. Nicole the store manager went above and beyond. Harley also was amazing helping my son. They are both a credit to footasylum and will definitely be returning.
I visited Footasylum Romford - South Street with my mum, who was looking for a new pair of shoes but wasn't sure about the colour. We interacted with three staff members during our visit, and all of them were extremely helpful and friendly. We were assisted by Harley at the end, who was polite, funny, and made the experience enjoyable. Although there was a short wait while he checked the stock, his friendly attitude and the excellent service from the entire team made the experience well worth it. Highly recommend this store for their fantastic customer service!
Went into the store in Romford after Christmas to exchange my Daughters coat. I was shocked how the store looked.. no tills, no where to stand to talk to a member of staff, no womens wear at all!! However the store manager Nicole went above and beyond to help us, she was absolutely fantastic, a real credit to the store.
Staff was kind, however last time I visited they sold kid clothing and women, but now many of the women in there where complaining that the shop should not only sell men's now. Staff spoke to me and my friend and told us that they are trying to get the women's clothing back in stock and to speak to their project manager for more complains. Staff where amazingly kind to us though

On 1st of November they decided to close the shop at 18:06 (on the internet closing time was 19:00). Very dissapointed by staff decision to end job early that day...
If u want to feel unvalued please go here. Incompetent staff member, rude as ever. Tried to exchange trainers for a smaller size and noticed the price has dropped, so kindly asked to exchange for cheaper price, the RUDE staff member then said i can only exchange for the exact price i paid, so i offered to return the trainers and buy new ones with the updated price. She outright refused and said wrong price is on display. I even showed her the trainers with the NEW PRICE, which she said was still wrong. I did not like the attitude that came with the service! Ended up with original higher price trainers. I came home and saw online that the price of the trainers were exactly the cheaper price advertised instore. I do not recommend this store. Very unhelpful staff, shocking no one intervened when they could hear my query and disagreement with the staff member. I would have named her if i knew it. Apparently in 2020 they do not give out staff names!
Such a bad experience, staff was rude and disorganised. I was asked for ID, so showed my bank card and she said that I had to show her something else with a picture. However some other customer that was served just before me showed a bank card and they had no problems with it. Once I confronted the member of staff, she replied in a very rude way. Discrimination, and I will never be buying anything from that store EVER AGAIN!
