   Staff are great, friendly and helpful, stocks all of the new kit and leisure wear but anything out of the current lines they will order from the stadium shop for you.

   I bought 3 shirts online. The away and third kid in addition to one of the retro kits, which was the best quality. I requested the PL badge to be attached to the white kit of 2024/2025 but wasn't done properly, and I couldn't return it because I'm in Qatar and it would cost so much to ship it back to the UK so it wasn't worth doing that.

   I am a season ticket holder and love the gear, which is tad on the expensive side, but a must buy for me. The only down side is the staff seem disinterested and not very helpful. I find the same issue in lakeside. They seem more interested with their phones. The shop at the stadium is totally different, the staff are all very good why I have been there.

   Avoid, unbelievable how rude member of staff was with dark hair. Walked in wrong way told to go back out and walk in right way. Understandable. Then walked in correct way was putting mask on and she shouted put mask on before you come in shop, in very rude way and noticed she rolled her eyes. Unbelievable how rude and uncomfortable this was. Then this just takes the biscuits when purchasing product stared at me and rolled her eyes again. Can't believe how rude this lady was being. Told her how rude she was being didnt want to know. Will never go in this shop again. Lakeside only. Need to put staff on customer care course. In how to be polite and not make customers feel uncomfortable.
