   This is my local store, even though there are a few shoes shops in Romford, we only go to this store for shoes for my children. The girls always take the measurements really well and carefully check that the shoes fit comfortably. Today, my son fell outside of the shop and the staff helped to make him feel better. Thank you so much. I love this place and cannot recommend it enough. ❤️

   Selection for men's smart casual shoes wasn't as great as I expected but I did find staff member JOLIE very attentive and helpful. She was able to help me find a pair of boots that met my needs after walking into the store in pain desperately wanting to buy a pair of more comfortable shoes on a whim. 5 stars for Jolie for being super helpful and working with me to get me the right pair of boots.

   Went in there this morning with my Grandson who has additional needs, and we was greeted by Kerry, and she was amazing with Riley, she measured his feet, the trainers he wanted had laces which he can not do, so they offered to put elastic laces in which would be easier, the other young lady who was working in there as well,( I don't remember her name sorry) brought the shoes out put the new laces in for me, they was so helpful, and dealt with Riley really well, making the experience stress free. The shop was very clean, and I was told about the promotions they was doing. Would definitely recommend this shop. Thank you for making this experience a happy one for me and Riley.
