Went Shopping Sunday on 23 November Ilford Shopping centre Shop shutter was half way down shop manager told me shop closed 4.30pm I told him but shopping centre closes at 5pm. He told me I don't know what time shopping centre closes but we close at 4.30pm on Sunday. This shop doesn't need extra sales
Rude customers service in the outside it clearly says closing at 18:00 Now 17:26 , on staff in the front saying it’s closed . Please check camera & act accordingly
I don’t have any issues with their products; I enjoy shopping there and find their prices reasonable. However, today I had a negative experience with the staff. Last Friday, I bought a pair of sandals for my daughter, but as soon as she saw them, she refused to keep them, so I decided to return them. When I went to the register today, the lady informed me that the sandals had been used. I explained that my daughter hadn't even touched them, but she repeatedly claimed they had been used. Her attitude made it seem like I was lying. This really affected me, and I am unsure if I will shop there again, even though the manager did allow me to return the sandals.
I would give 0 stars if possible definitely won’t be going to this particular store again lady behind the till is absolutely horrible poor customer service very aggressive and unprofessional. My son brought a pair of trainers he’s autistic and doesn’t like removing them once having put them on, as by removing them he thinks we’re not buying them and will start throwing a tantrum and crying. So I walk to the till with the box and my son to pay for them while he is wearing them, I even lifted him up so she could see the trainers while he’s wearing them but still She made him remove the trainers not taking into consideration the circumstances and made a bogus story of needing to security scan them when they had no security tag or label or anything of the sort on the trainers, what she does is she thinks people are thick and uneducated just by swiping a trainer on a bare counter removes the security. Making the whole buying process unpleasant you’ve lost a regular customer here user: 186809 you need a reality check. I was so close to walking out of there without buying them but I knew the aftermath I would have to deal with my autistic son later.
I usually don't get upset or leave negative comments, but I have to mention that the customer representative was quite rude and didn't know how to communicate with customers. I have no complaints about the manager, but the representative expected customers to organize the shoe boxes for her. I understand that mixing up pairs can be challenging to resolve, and customers shouldn't do that. However, expecting customers to sort the boxes by size is simply unreasonable. She was also rude to the children. I'll choose to shop elsewhere, even if it's more expensive.

Stay clear of this place. First time I have been to this branch and staff member at till was extremely rude! She took out her anger on me. She was on the till on her own, I was third to be served. Took her 10 minutes to sort out a refund , then she served next person who was also refund. She took that customer to manager as she said she can’t refund shoes without tags. Then finally it was my turn but she saw the previous customer waiting in line again so took her to the till again. By this time I’m really annoyed and said to her “why did you ask the first customer to cut the que?” She replied that she was here before me. I said no she got into line again and if you’re overwhelmed you should call for help as you can see customers are waiting. She barked at me and continued to argue the same thing “I was serving her first”. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!
Often, if you are lucky, you get a very good deal. Customer services were excellent.
Very very bad experience with this store. A lady who is working there talking very rude. I have seen all the comments for this store . All the comments are about that lady. Why the management is not taking any action. I request management to take action on this situation.
