   Badru is a good representative of Greywalk. He knows how to market the company’s products and convince you to buy even when you’re not ready to buy. His description of the products will not let you go without buying something. I came for window shopping and I have to buy two shoes. I came again today to buy another shoes because of his skill. I am also not disappointed in the company’s quality delivery. I will definitely recommend the company to friends and family.

   I wish I could give 0 stars. I purchased an expensive pair of shoes from this company at Westfield. Within an hour of wearing them, the shoes caused two deep cuts on my foot, resulting in significant bleeding. I own many pairs of formal shoes and have never experienced anything like this. The injury required medical attention, and I have both photographic evidence and medical notes confirming the harm. When I contacted the company, I was not offered an acceptable resolution. They refused to take responsibility or issue a refund. I have reported the matter to Westfield management and to Trading Standards, and I am pursuing my legal options. I also carried out an online search and found that they are fraudulent. They have received many bad reviews, and to cover them up, they have registered multiple accounts on Google. I urge anyone considering purchasing from this company to check recent reviews carefully and think twice before buying.

   These must easily be the most stylish leather shoes I have ever got for myself (and as gifts, I have attached the pictures). I love everything about them- the craftsmanship, top-notch quality, comfort, the smell of the leather. Moreover, they have trained their staff well with good customer service. I would rate it a 5/5. Get them while stocks last!
