If I could add 0* I would. Ordered early December , my outfit looked like a cape and looked nothing like the picture, sent it back through DPD on 23.12. It had never arrived to their location. They upped the price an extra £10 and the communication is ridiculous. Was told someone will get in contact with me on Saturday and still 3 days later no contact. I wouldn’t order from here as it isn’t professional service or helpful and the clothing is not like it shows.
Ordered a beige fur Gilet they sent it to someone else then when my order did arrive they sent me a black fur coat ! And the coat is smelly and fur is not good quality ! They want me to send it back so now I have to pay postage for something I’ve not even ordered just avoid !
I didn't think anyone was allowed to sell real fur !!! Omg surely not.
I can't believe how lovely everyone was at H&L fashions. Really pleasant and accommodating staff both in store and online. They really went out of their way to get me exactly the dress I was looking for. I was so impressed!
Don’t get the bad reviews I personally love their clothing makes a change not all revealing clothing, they have a great range and I’ve got quite a lot out there so far it’s my go to for a new outfit shop! The women that work there are always nice to me too
