    Was not impressed with the manner of this member of staff. I think she is the owner or co owner. I asked if I could exchange/credit note but she said it was out of the 14 days. Wouldn’t have minded but they are still selling the exact outfit and I wasn't asking for a refund. Very abrasive and not willing to be helpful in any shape or form. Wasn’t exactly professional with the glass of wine at the till either. Also, very personal regarding weight. Do not recommend!

    I've visited this shop several times and each time I've bought some really nice clothing and I've had good customer service (which is not always the case with other shops on the High Street). I did a exchange today with a credit note without any problems. Their policy is to have a receipt and exchange within 14 days.

    1st time visiting Flare. Was presented with a lovely selection of clothing and accessories. The shop assistant was happy, pleasant and a great help. Looking forward to returning.

    Rude stars Disgusting manager and staff. Never buy good there. They brake within a few hours after use. Manager wasn’t even sorry. And they even had a check to say I say rude! If I run my own store yes I would stay behind for a customer!

    Oh dear. If there were a zero stars option, this place would get it. The "owner" doesn't seem to be a people person when it comes to customer service. Hoping for a simple exchange for an item and went immediately on the defensive and downright rude and personal. No reasoning with this person despite best efforts to do so. Irrational, rude, abrasive. Apparently I need "...to spend more money on glasses". Remember that the customer is always right! Need to go back to retail school if she's going to speak to customers like that. Funny how it was done when no other customers were in the store! Avoid.
