⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review for Tamina Akram – Head of Family Law at Nayyar Solicitors I had the privilege of being represented by Tamina Akram during my recent court hearing, and I cannot thank her enough for the outstanding support she provided. From the very beginning to the end of the hearing, she did a truly exceptional job. Tamina knew my case thoroughly and gave me excellent advice throughout the process. Her calm presence, professionalism, and deep knowledge of family law gave me so much confidence during a very stressful time. She is not only incredibly skilled at what she does, but also genuinely kind-hearted and dedicated to her clients. It is clear that she truly cares about the people she represents. I highly recommend Tamina to anyone seeking a compassionate, knowledgeable, and reliable family law solicitor. Thank you so much for everything you’ve done for me, Tamina. Wishing you all the very best, Marietta Kulcsar

HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE. DO NOT USE THIS SOLICITOR. I WILL BE REPORTING THEM FOR GROSS MISCONDUCT/ NEGLIGENCE. WHAT THEY WROTE TO CLOSE MY CASE for medical negligence WAS COMPLETELY NONFACTUAL AND CAN BE EVIDENCED. Below I have responded to their closure letter. It is in regard to A and E not spotting my multiple fractures on xray after I fell from the top of the stairs in 2023: Nayyars quotes from their closure letter to me are then responded to by me below: Quote 1: “You explained that you tripped and fell down the last few steps of your staircase,” Response 1: I told the ambulance people and A and E Dept that I had fallen from almost the top of the stairs, that during my fall my spine had twisted out of normal range of movement and that when it did I felt a searing stabbing like excruciating pain directly in my spinal column. I told them that I was in free fall for the entirety of the fall and that I landed on my buttocks and that my back and head hit the back of the fridge as I landed. This is not new information; this is what I described from the 19th November 2023, both verbally and in all correspondence between myself and the GP, the Hospital and yourselves. In my complaint to the Welsh Ambulance Service, which is in your records, I said that I felt that they got confused between me sharing information about a historic T7 fracture with them and the injury that occurred on the day of my fall. In 2009 I did fall from the bottom of the stairs, but in 2023 I fell from the top. I told them this. Quote 2: On 14/23/2023, you attended your GP due to ongoing back pain and concerns that a fracture may have been missed. The GP reviewed the X-ray films, which were again interpreted as showing no acute findings. Response 2: The date stated by you: 14/23/2023 is a date that does not exist in any calendar, there are not 14 months in any year. I never at any date attended an appointment with a GP where a GP reviewed my xray and stated that it had no acute findings. This is pure fabrication. It did not happen. Quote 5: 19/11/2023: Emergency Department records confirmed tenderness around T7–T9, with an X-ray showing no acute fracture. The radiologist’s report described only a longstanding minor wedge deformity at T7. Response 5: As evidenced by the independent report I gained and presented to you from Dr Steven James consultant radiologist, the X-ray on 19/11/2023 showed vertebral compression fracture at T10, so in fact there was acute fracture present on the day I attended A and E on 19/11/2023. This was also stated to be true by Glan Clwyd itself when they sought independent review of my x-ray. Quote 6: 14/12/2023: GP review of ongoing pain noted no acute radiographic abnormalities. Response 6: I did not have a GP review on 14/12/2023. I attended an appointment with a physiotherapist Leah Hughes at Healthy Prestatyn GP surgery on 14/12/2023. The physiotherapist wrote the notes for this appointment and did not escalate my concerns regarding my fear I had a fractured spine. Instead she reviewed my x-ray herself and told me it was not broken. She then wrote that I had a soft tissue injury. A physiotherapist cannot diagnose or cast judgement on an X-Ray as they are not a radiologist. The physiotherapist noted many ongoing symptoms and inability to move my back due to severe pain. It is there to read in my GP records. She did not discuss my concerns with a doctor, instead she decided to not share my concerns and gave me exercises that should never be given to a person with spinal fractures. Quote 8: In this case, the minor T10 wedging seen on MRI several months later would not have altered the immediate management plan, which appropriately consisted of rest, analgesia, and mobilisation as tolerated. Response 8: I was never given an immediate management plan and there was no immediate management plan for me of rest, analgesia and “mobilisation as tolerated” on 19/11/2023. On the day I fractured my spine on 19/11/2023 I was told there was “no break” and I was told to vacate the emergency dept, full stop.
