   The staff at the Wigan store were lovely from start to finish. I have odd size feet so never have a true fitting pair of shoes. I walked into the store and asked the girls about the single shoe scheme (I'd heard about this on social media) the manager Petra organised a request for me and although it took a few trips (my fault for not getting the right size straight away) the staff were really helpful in changing the shoes. I've used Schuh before and will definitely be using again in the future!

   Saw a pair of Converse I really liked in the sale on-line, screenshoted them and went into the store, showed the assistant the photo and asked if they had my size. It was very nearly closing time but they couldn’t have been more helpful. Great customer service, and I love my new trainers. Thank you.

   The girls in the shop really went out of their way to help me as the receipt was lost and I needed exchange the shoes for a different size. They where really nice and went out of their was to check the system as the original shoes where bought in Blackburn. They managed to find the receipt and I was able to exchange them for a larger size! I can’t thank them enough for their services! I can’t remember the girls names but thank you so much for your help to all 3 of them.

   Great service! I visited on Sunday and it was very relaxed! The girls helped me decide on size for a new pair of DM shoes. They also got me onto the Schuh loyalty card and as a result I got a £10 voucher!!

   Incredible gesture by the staff at Schuh, I had pre-ordered some shoes as a last minute gift for same day collection. Stuck in grid lock traffic called the store and the staff waited an extra 15 mintes for me to arrive to pick up the shoes. Jess and (unfortunately I didn't catch the gentlemens name) both waited for me to collect the gift, I couldn't thank them enough really appreciated it. This small gesture from them went a really long way.

   Very bright and airy shops, the staff are soo helpful.. Can order your size there and then if its not in store.. And the returns policy is fantastic. I've never had a bad experience with schuh and its now my go to place for footwear.

   Really friendly and helpful staff at the Wigan store; can't fault them at all. Thank you! The store is clean and tidy. I've also noticed today that they have developed social stories to help people with autism - other shops, take note. Only suggestion I have is that maybe this could be available as a print-off for ASD visitors?
