“The girls in the shop really went out of their way to help me as the receipt was lost and I needed exchange the shoes for a different size. They where really nice and went out of their was to check the system as the original shoes where bought in Blackburn. They managed to find the receipt and I was able to exchange them for a larger size! I can’t thank them enough for their services! They where happy to refund it but I actually wanted an exchange as I love it, I also got some money refunded.
