“The girls in the shop really went out of their way to help me as the receipt was lost and I needed exchange the shoes for a different size. They where really nice and went out of their was to check the system as the original shoes where bought in Blackburn. They managed to find the receipt and I was able to exchange them for a larger size! I can’t thank them enough for their services! “I was so impressed with the service I received today at River Island in Wigan. The staff where so helpful. I was returning a dress which I got online and the material had a fault with it. They where happy to refund it but I actually wanted an exchange as I love it, I also got some money refunded. I could not fault the girl who served me she was so professional and the customer service she provided was excellent, wish I knew her name but thank you so much for the great service.
