“I went into reds closet boutique for the first time this weekend as I had won a ten pound voucher on Facebook. The staff were absolutely fantastic and really helpful asking me if I needed any help or advice and we’re so friendly! I was on my own in the shop and didn’t feel intimidated or put off in anyway. The shop is set out really nice in colour categories so I found this really helpful for if i wanted a particular colour. The lady explained that I didn’t have a limited time to spend my voucher so I could come back whenever I wanted to :) definitely recommend this shop! Absolutely gorgeous clothes!”

“The girls in the shop really went out of their way to help me as the receipt was lost and I needed exchange the shoes for a different size. They where really nice and went out of their was to check the system as the original shoes where bought in Blackburn. They managed to find the receipt and I was able to exchange them for a larger size! I can’t thank them enough for their services! I can’t remember the girls names but thank you so much for your help to all 3 of them.”

They where happy to refund it but I actually wanted an exchange as I love it, I also got some money refunded.
