   Waited in the que for 10 minutes to order then we've been told we can't order food anymore as they close at 16:30 and the time was 16:15. They were probably too lazy to do anything else. We even asked details about the food and no one said nothing about that.

   Food and service from staff, apart from the older lady and the tall blonde girl, was absolutely shocking. I swear I wouldnt feed those burgers to my dog. Its shocking that a place like YWP which is amazing, has a place within, selling food so terrible. Seriously needs sorting out. £9!!! for a meal deal I wouldn't feed to any of the animals. And yes, I got my money back. Shocking

   Very good indoor play area within the zoo grounds lots to play on slides etc. Very big play area. Toilets etc available.

   Really good play area, it looks small from the outside but it's actually quite large once you get in, the kids loved it. We didn't have any food as we had packup, I did check the prices and they were quite expensive, also they didn't do any bottles or canned drinks.

   A small seating area for café patrons, always at or near capacity so be ready to stand for a while. Swings, slides, rope bridges and last time I checked, a small rock climbing area, moving across rather than up so is safer for little ones. A bit of a trek to get there, past at least 2 other playgrounds in YWP. Included in the ticket price for the play. Double doors so wheelchair and mobility scooter access. Always busy and fun for children x..

   The play looked good, the food was abysmal though, don't recommend it at all, £9.70 for a manky burnt burger with no salad or trimmings, just some pickle... The fries were "ok" and the drink was half flat. What a mess... Burgers look like store own brand things. Yuck! Would it be that hard to add some lettuce, tomato and onion? The saddest thing I've seen all month.
