   Fabulous location for a sit down and a lovely cup of coffee, in theory. Unfortunately, in practice the coffee and the service is not so fabulous. Three times I asked the lady taking orders to make our americanos on the strong side, i.e. less hot water and two shots. Three times she totally ignored me and didn't pass my request to the barista. So we sat down with two cups of infuriatingly weak brown tasteless water for £6+! We will make ours at home and bring a flask next time we walk around the lake.

   I was very disappointed with the coffee from the kiosk there. They have a professional coffee machine but terribly made coffee!!! Looks like economy mode for grinding coffee beans was turned on but not the price!!! Skip this place!

   Great pit stop for a coffee and snack. Nice coffee and fresh food but staff can be hit and miss. They are all polite but I can’t yet work out the rules ! Some days they are happy to make you a toasted sandwich and others like today they don’t switch the grill on until 11am Shane really after a walk around the lake I quite liked the idea of a toasted sandwich and quite sure if other people smelled mine they would want one as well. Great little spot for a coffee but be aware the food advertised you can’t always have ! Shame

   Great views in the perfect spot but as with all national trust cafes too expensive. We are members of the national trust and have been for many years but are fed up with being ripped off by them!!!!

   A very enjoyable meal in a wonderful location. The place is very popular at lunchtime and we had to queue, but we didn't have to wait long for our lunch. The staff were very helpful in solving a minor issue. I would highly recommend and I look forward to visiting again in the future.

   Great location at the side of the lake. Lots of outdoor seating. Just one slight issue with card payments as they cant always get a signal. Pleasant and efficient service. Toilets also available. Other than that you just need good weather as there is nowhere inside to sit.

   Nice place to sit and relax if walking or cycling to have a coffee and a break , lots of benches available, bowls of water for dogs , toilets nearby & amazing views of Clumber Park lake
