No refund . Ordered breakfast wrap and iced caramel frappe. Delivered only the frappe with a message sorry we ran out of breakfast wraps , but no refund . !!!! Frappe was mushy and rubbish went in the bin .
Oh my god everytime I have been here the service is so poor and slow and they never offer or put cream or anything extra on your drinks such as the Terry's chocolate orange you should have cream and a slice of Terry's chocolate orange automatically on your drink. You have to prompt the staff they appear dead. Plus the drink are always cold. Would not recommend and never returning.
Great staff, but pricing is ridiculous (not staff's fault) and just keeps climbing. £4.15 for medium "signature" latte. No wonder the brand is struggling in this very competitive market. Could do with more gluten free options too.
not even ate my food or had my large ice caramel latte with extra caramel but for a saturday morning to be greeted with such a warm reception on a saturday morning by Josh it’s no surprise why he’s the manager. An absolute asset to costa and personally with the interpersonal skills i’ve witnessed today he should be in corporate. give the man a raise!
A very windy day had closed Sherwood Pines and I came here with a friend who is a regular. I had a black coffee and a Bacon roll. Both were delicious. Very helpful staff and a relaxing environment.
Located just off the busy Ollerton roundabout, this Costa which also offers a drive thru facility, does have a relatively small carpark which incorporates 2 of those electric charging unit bays.Theres a small outside seating area space by the entrance doors for when the weather is kind.Once inside I found the store to be a nice, bright modern & clean with around 25 seating tables and fairly busy but not too over crowded.The staff on duty were very pleasant when I placed my order(payment can be made by cash or card ) & well organised.,which made the waiting not too long .Even offering to help & carry my overloaded tray back to the table ! The inside atmosphere was good & wasn't noisy at all which made the visit a pleasure !
Great space for a tasty drink and food whether you are alone or want to meet with a sizable party. There are plenty of parking spaces and it is well situated off a thriving village.
I visit this Costa on a regular basis. The staff here are lovely. All helpful and make you feel welcome everyday. Service is very quick for drinks and food and is always perfect. Well done to the Store Managers and staff.
Boy this is a big Costa. Set on a busy road juntion on the A614 you have to follow the Edwinstowe road to find the entrance. Very modern and upto date, everything you would expect, complete with drive through. Slightly untidy floor and a faulty food cabinet. Reasonable size car park with 2 disabled slots but also 2 EV chargers. The route from the disabled slots is a little tricky and you have to cross the drive through. Otherwise decent disabled facilities.
