   We hired a morning suit from Lequest in Weybridge for a wedding and had a fantastic experience. Despite it being an incredibly busy time with lots of customers preparing for the Derby and Ascot, the team were so helpful, attentive, and professional. Nothing was too much trouble — they made sure everything fit perfectly and looked spot on. You can really tell they care about getting it right, even when the shop is packed. Highly recommend Lequest for anyone needing formalwear — such a smooth and stress-free experience!

   Have been completely let down by this tailor who doesn't inspire confidence, asking us what we thought should be done to the ill-fitting suit. You're the tailor! The waistcoat of a 3 piece never put in an appearance and he couldn't fit my tall, thin husband at all. It's not as if he is a funny shape! In the end, as this was for a wedding, we resorted to going to London where within 2 hours everything was sorted and we can now relax. Still waiting for the refund from here. Not a good experience if you want something classic.

   I would agree with all the one star reviews and would also would have given no stars if possible. We visited the shop last week to discuss formal hire and experienced the worst customer service I have had in a very long time. Being told by the assistant he was too busy to assist us on two separate occasions, despite the store being empty and it being a Monday afternoon. We left after pointing out that we could take our business elsewhere and being told “that’s up to you” We then saw the same assistant doing his Morrisons shop a few minutes later. I wrote an email to the owner to let him know our experience and fully expected a reply. However, I didn’t even receive an acknowledgment. We fully believe in supporting local, independent businesses but Lequest do not deserve it. Avoid at all costs.

   AVOID THIS SHOP! If I could give 0 stars I would! I don’t even know where to begin. The day before my brothers wedding the suit jacket arrived in the wrong colour, the shop then said they couldn’t guarantee it would arrive for the day of the wedding! I then paid 250 pound to courier the suit jacket from Shropshire to Surrey and they would not pay the bill. My sister in law then went to take the suits back and the staff were so rude to her they made her so upset. Absolutely disgusting behaviour! Avoid at all costs

   At the 11th hour i needed a replacement shirt for a Black Tie event. I had previously hired from another local suit hire establishment, however they were not that helpful. Thank you Lequest for helping me out at such short notice. I really wish i had hired my entire outfit from yourselves, as you have much more choice. Next time i will be heading straight to Lequest. Job well done, thank you so much Matt

   AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Would give zero stars if I could!! The shop is ran by an extremely sad and miserable old man in a run-down filthy shop. He has zero people skills let alone customer service skills. It's a shame a local shop treats its local customers with such disrespect and a vile attitude. AVOID!!

   We hired 7 wedding suits and several came with wrong sizes. Even though they take measurements, some shirts, waistcoats and trousers came far too big. Apparently they don’t do slim sizes. We had to make a last minute dash to the shops to find clothes that fitted. I complained, but they said that is how they do it, tough!

   We popped in today to have a look at some suits for my sons prom. We were helped by Lisa who made it easy to decide what style, fit and colour to go for. There was plenty of selection and combinations for the suits. Would highly recommend.
