   This review is long overdue but I’m incredibly happy with the service from Suit Direct Kingston. I went in with quite a specific idea in mind and Abhishek and the team were incredibly helpful in giving advice and presenting the various options. In the end this involved modifying a waistcoat to replace the silk backing with matching fabric from a pair of trousers! The end product was exactly what I wanted and looked great on my wedding day. I would 100% recommend the store and the team there

   We visited Suit Direct today to look for my partner’s wedding suit, and from the moment we walked in, Martin provided exceptional service. He looked after us from start to finish, spending over an hour guiding us through every option available. Martin walked us through different styles, colours, and fits, explained all the variables clearly, and shared his honest opinions, which we really appreciated. We went in feeling completely clueless, but thanks to his expertise and direction, we left feeling confident and excited—having chosen a full suit and shoes. We are extremely happy with both our purchase and the experience overall. We genuinely couldn’t have done it without Martin’s help. If you’re visiting Suit Direct, ask for Martin—you won’t regret it.

   I went to this place in July to try on a shirt and I was served by a horrible woman, I think she was the manager from what I gathered as she was talking down to her colleagues etc. I was asking about the returns policy because I wanted to see how it would like with my suit at home and she said I couldn’t return it? So I left the shirt and she was so rude about it, to the point where she started ignoring me! then thought ahhh I won’t go back there again but then gave it another try on Friday just gone as I was in a last minute panic so it was my last resort and Martin was a godsend, he was so accommodating, he essentially created a fashion montage for me and my two friends which really made the whole experience so fun! He could see I was struggling with making a decision and kept the store open for a bit longer just so I didn’t feel under pressure. I think all stores need a Martin, he turned a negative experience into such a positive one! Managed to get my tux in time, the store managed to send it for alterations and get it back to us a day earlier than expected!

   The most AMAZING experience! Came in last minute on a Friday evening (late evening I must preface) and was trying to pick out a suit for my fiancé, Martin in the Kingston store was beyond helpful and gave the perfect advice when we were struggling with a waistcoat! We got the full suit with quick alterations just in time for the wedding we’re attending! AMAZING! without martins help we definitely would have walked out without purchasing a single thing. Super pleased about the whole experience and the gorgeous suit my fiancé purchased! X

   Really impressed with the service at Suit Direct. I needed a suit and shoes for my daughters wedding next year. I was helped by a very helpful, efficient and knowledgeable lady. Possibly Akanksha? I've never come across the sales model of Suit Direct where you try stuff on and you buy it and it is delivered by post. I assume this means they have a wide range of sizes and stock. Very impressive.
