   If there was a negative star review they would have gotten it, I have dealt with Sohail Ghani and Aneil for 8 months with a simple lease agreement which got done by another firm in a week. Awful service and they will ignore your calls and emails. Trust me taking the cheap way out is the worst thing you could do. Avoid at all cost
