My mum, Susan Arthur, paid £4000 on January 2025 , my sister and I was right beside her when she paid the money. They are are so rude they never gave us feedback on our case. My little sister has a social worker and she has been trying to get the money we paid so we agreed that they are giving us £3000 and keeping £1000 for the work they didn't do. TALAT JABIN didn't do anything at all and they she lied and said my sister can't go to school. But thankfully we ignored her and she went to school now she has passed her GSCE. Also till this day they haven't paid the money the Ombusman contacted but they haven't paid.We are currently homeless in a way, and we want to rent our own place yet these people dont care. DONT FALL FOR THEIR SWEET WORDS.THEY ARE SCAMMERS ,AVOID THEM.

DO NOT TRUST THEM! Did the entire visa, zero communications. Got refused. Turned out... THEY DIDNT EVEN GET THE APPLICANTS COUNTRY OF RESIDENCE RIGHT. They messed up so many things. Useless. Especially Nadeem!

Absolutely disgusting solicitors, they helped with a spouse visa application, from start to finish their communication was absolute trash, being months in-between, went nearly two years with ZERO communication, had surprise fees out of nowhere and their initial price was £4k which said it included everything. The court date was said to be rescheduled, from June to August yet we didn't even know about the June date, they demand their payments or incur extra fees, the lawyer provided was a contracted independent lawyer, and he fumbled the entire case, we never received a decision from the court or Allison law in over two years which put my partner at severe risk. AVOID at all costs, you're going to be scammed and abused by these people who include a "no disparage clause" which may I add, is asinine and clear indication of them being a terrible service to silence any criticism.

am extremely disappointed with Alison Law Solicitors (2 Wilmslow Road, Manchester M4 5TP). I paid £3,600 for an urgent immigration case that was supposed to be submitted in two weeks – it’s now been over 2.5 years with no result. My case has been passed around from one staff member to another. None of them know what’s going on. There’s no communication, no responsibility, and no progress. Talat Jabin, the Head of Immigration & Training Principal, took my case but never treated me with respect. Once the payment was made, she became completely unresponsive and made me feel like I was wasting her time. She never replied to my calls or emails. Her attitude was cold, dismissive, and clearly only interested in money. Because of their failure, my husband’s immigration situation has become even more difficult. The stress and damage this delay has caused our family is beyond words. I do not recommend this firm at all. Please be careful before trusting them with your important legal matters.

I am extremely disappointed with the service we received from this law firm. From the beginning, the experience was filled with poor communication, incorrect information, and an endless stream of unexpected charges. We initially trusted them to help with a spouse visa application, but it quickly turned into a frustrating ordeal. One of the most upsetting aspects was the surprise fee they suddenly demanded we pay within two days. This fee was dated four months prior, yet we were only informed about it at the last minute. To make matters worse, they threatened to impose an extra charge if we didn’t pay within the two-day window. It felt like a clear attempt to take advantage of us. The final straw was the complete lack of clear communication. After submitting a signed document required for our case, we waited for a week without any updates. When we finally reached out, the lawyer claimed the document wasn’t signed a claim that made no sense given our actions. Why weren’t we informed immediately if there was an issue? Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this firm to anyone. Their lack of professionalism, constant errors, and poor communication made an already stressful situation much worse. Avoid them if you value your time, money, and peace of mind.

Personal view I would not recommend this company based on my personal experience for visa immigration. Next to no provision of intellectual capital which I believe would be expected of a specialist firm. I filled in the application’s with next to zero critique of my answers. Very poor response in timeliness to e mails or phone calls. After deciding to solicit alternative legal advice I was advised that the filing by Alison would have had little chance of success under the family reunification route from within the uk. All Alison informed me was that the application and approval would be discretionary at no stage did they attempt to advise any likelihood of success. They accepted the fee and did little to justify the 1200.00 gbp expenditure. Be careful with this company

I was not familiar with the visa service from government. I was able to contact Alison Law in Manchester and one of their professionals quickly scheduled an in-person meeting with me. They were thorough and very professional. Our visa was done on time, on budget, and the approval from the home office made it a huge win for my daughter. I would highly recommend!

The litigation team were amazing especially Javad and pleasant to work with. We have engaged them on all four of our companies with wonderful results. Their efficiency and accuracy have been a huge benefit to our company and tax ease. We would highly recommend their services. Thank you so much for all you have done!

Bahdshah was extremely helpful and supportive throughout the entire process for a UK visa application, which it is not an easy one! Bahdshah has been answering to my long (and sometimes quite emotional) emails and phone calls for an entire year. The empathy and the professionalism made me feel confident that it would work, and it did! Great and communication, a very straight forward way of dealing with all the formalities. Thanks to your work i can now rejoin my family in the UK. I’d totally recommend Bahdsha’s services for who’s applying for visas! thank you very very much, B. your performance is admirable.
