   I ordered Febi Bilstein tie rod parts for both the right and left side from them on eBay, but without any prior notice or agreement, they sent me a cheaper, different type of part. After contacting them and exchanging several messages, they refused to offer any compromise or solution. Avoid this parts seller at all costs—they do not respect their customers, ignore orders, and take no responsibility for their mistakes.

   Purchased a gear selector bush for a Peugeot bipper which didn't fit, even though it stated it would. Costumer service had no clue, just excuses. Ended up buying elsewhere which fitted perfect. If you have a 66 plate bipper and need a bush because they fail eventually, then don't waste your time with these incompetent lot.

   Sent wrong part(Oil filter cap)...contacted 'One Car Part 'on 'four occasions '...absolutely no response .Have now got replacement elsewhere, and said goodbye to my outlay. not at all impressed sadly.
