“Shaun and his team came to the rescue when my car's timing belt needed changing at short notice. Two garages I'd used previously over several years totally missed the maintenance schedule and failed to advise changing the belt. It was two years' overdue and starting to break up! Thankfully Shaun was able to sort the problem quickly. “Another two pairs of footwear back to near new status. Thank you. We had a one pair of ladies shoes with holes in the bottoms and a pair of ladies boots with the heels worn down. “The customer service here is absolutely brilliant. If you are unsure or struggle finding parts on the website, simply give them a call and they will be happy to help. Believe I spoke to Andy but not completely sure, however he was very polite, found the parts I needed before I could even finish my sentence and arranged payment and delivery over the phone. Delivery can take a few days depending on what you order or where items are stored but they do inform you of any potential delays, extra time needed before you buy. Parts are good quality, they offer low priced replica items as well as original parts so depending on what you want there are options to save a bit of money.
