   Went for touch up aerosol for my mg. Despite having the correct colour code, paint i had bought from another supplier was not a good match. The young lady came out to my car and spent quite a while checking other shades available. We decided on one and now I can't see the repair at all. Thanks for your help.

   Great friendly team - very, very helpful and knowledgeable - I have a Ford Mondeo and had a minor bump on the rear bumper, I looked on line and bought a full scratch repair kit of primer, paint and lacquer - it wan't cheap but I was assured it was a perfect paint match taken from my Reg number - I completed the repair, applied the paint and to my horror the paint was many shades too light- I thought that it must be just the first coat so put more on expecting it to darken but as I did so the worse it got- my neighbour advised me to try Romart which I'd never heard of - from when i arrived the lady at the counter seemed very keen to help and a gentleman with a beard took a look at my car and said I'd been provided with the wrong paint colour- both he and a another guy called Jason (legend) matched and mixed the paint to an exact colour and provided me with lacquer infinitely better than the stuff I'd bought online - Jason even took the time to show me how to apply it and now the repair is barely noticeable. I would thoroughly recommend Romart for their very helpful service and products.

   Worst paint shop going. Went in looking for advice. Got assured by one of the members of staff that it was the correct plastic primer. Sprayed what I needed but it wasn’t primer at all it has now cost me £450 to put right due to the incompetence of their staff. AVOID Romart unless you know what you need as they’ll miss advice you then do nothing about it
