   Absolute legends! I’d been up to stay with family for Christmas, on Boxing Day my car seemed to be suffering from a dragging brake on the rear left wheel. I thought I wouldn’t have a chance in hell getting the car looked at, let alone sorted for a return drive home to Cornwall on the 27th. Just a phone call to these amazing people and not only did they manage to look at the car but they were able to rectify it in 4 hours! They were honest and professional from the outset, they never promised that they’d be able to fix the car. However, within an hour of me dropping the car off they advised all the works required and even managed to get us going by 15:30. Thanks for all your efforts the car sailed back to Cornwall without an issue. Could not recommend this garage enough.

   Excellent service, dropped my car off in the morning and it was ready to collect when I finished work as promised. Didn't feel like I was sold anything that wasn't required and they even showed me my worn out or damaged parts. Total clarity, a garage you can trust. I'll always take my car back and recommend to family and friends

   Booked in to change tyres and and wheel alignment. Top service nothing to complain. After booked an MOT and failed. They quoted me around £400 to fix. Nothing major. Repaired to a different garage, RAC approved for £80, rebooked the MOT and passed.

   Amazing service. Dropped my car in without appointment, as unable to get gears. Helped by 2 guys to move car to safe area, then after speaking to Warren and Donna in the reception, my car was booked in for them look at. Within 4 hours my car was sorted, they even completed MOT at short notice. Professional service, polite and helpful staff. Thank you guys.

   Really disappointed with them , whent there for wheel alignment as I have change some parts on my Rover 75 as my friend with garage advise me to go there. When there drop the car for about 2 hours , as is Rover 75 similar platform with BMW 3 series they called me if I will be okay with £85 as need to be done on both axle and even if it was much expensive that I have done it for my A8 (£60) on different garage as was on Saturday I told them to go ahead so I can drover car back to Mansfield where I'm living. On my way back notice that the care has the steering wheel not straight and if you release it will go bad on left side of the road. Call them back next Monday told me if I can drive back ( due to having a holiday planned abroad and being 100 miles away) but I couldn't go so planned when I will be back from holiday. Just return now and decide to go on a garage near me ( instead of driving 3 hours way return and 200 miles , fuel will be around £40-£50 ) and I was surprised to see that the car is really bad I regards with wheel alignment, photo from the screen at my garage shop before start working on the car. So I lost time & money for an easy job so I will not advise to go with them .

   I can’t fault this company at all !! Way better than Kwik fit there totally rubbish compared to chemix, ever heard the saying all the gear no idea !! Well I have to say that Kwik fit compared to chemix I had my tracking done at Kwik fit it was awful still kept pulling to drivers side to the point of it being dangerous in my opinion.. But chemix sorted it out in now time, a guy called Simon he’s a blooming genius when it comes to tracking your car he’s tracked a few cars I’ve had over the past few yrs never had a problem they drive amazing afterwards..he checks absolutely everything that can be checked !! I’d recommend chemix in wordsely all day long there a fabulous business with fabulous staff who actually care about your car !!! It’s a 10 out of 10 for me for this company..
