Been there with my vehicle twice so far and they are very helpful,down to earth and couldn’t do enough for you ,found that they don’t just try and rip you off like a lot of garages and main dealers after it had been in Mercedes and hadn’t found half the things that Stourbridge automotive have this will be my go to garage for all my car needs,services and any work that needs doing ,they keep you informed every step of the way !! And even get email reports with everything that’s been done and invoices etc so all on you phone /email
Excellent service was provided for my two cars, when problems arose on two consecutive days. Although not pre-booked, each car was taken for investigation, and problems dealt with promptly. Previous servicing has been done efficiently, expertly, and at more reasonable prices than at the dealership. I came on recommendation from friends; I would certainly now recommend to others.
I booked my BMW 2 series in for an oil change and brake fluid change. After I had left the car with them a very helpful chap called to say that the oil change wasn’t actually required for another 3 months. They could have easily kept quiet, done the oil change as well as the brake fluid and made more money, but instead were happy to let me choose to come back to them in 3 months. Which I will.

Well all I have to say is fantastic service I have Mercedes slk Which had electrical problems. Which Mercedes Wolverhampton Refused to have back in Andy superstar soon found problems and fixed He kept me updated regularly on time scales and cost. Thank you guys great job
Stourbridge Automotive have done a smashing job repairing my BMW E90 injectors which were leaking. I was running to a dead end trying to find a garage anywhere that would be up for the job, this is where SA gladly took the job and smashed it out within the two weeks whilst i was travelling USA. SA kept me up to date via text and Facebook regarding the work and how much the bill was coming to and cracked on! Not to mention the price was incredibly reasonable and the fact they were happy to store the car for me until I landed back in the UK. Will be my go to garage, always. Thanks guys! Top work.
Have used this garage multiple times over the past 4 years with 3 different BMWs. They are very reliable, polite, honest and responsive. Much cheaper and better quality work than Synter.
