   Went in for wheel alignment but noticed the wheel was off centre and car was pulling to left after they had completed the job. So booked in first thing Saturday to get rechecked. Upon arrival I was told it had not been booked in and would have to wait an hour, bearing in mind I was there before they opened. I had other appointments so I couldn't wait around that long. I would not recommend getting wheel alignment done there especially on a 4x4

   Does what they say on the tin. Extremely efficient battery change today and also really helped me out when my exhaust dropped off a few months ago. No complaints from me. Always helpful and the staff are super pleasant.

   Arriving home in the early hours from holiday having realised I had a (very) slow puncture, I booked a tyre check for 12.30pm the same day. Arriving shortly before the due time, I was greeted as I got out of the car, asked to sit in reception whilst it was checked. Unfortunately the tyre was not repairable so new tyre purchased and fitted speedily. I was home by 12.45. Friendly and efficient staff.

   Damaged both my alloys all the way around the rim when fitting two tyres. Really thoroughly unimpressed for such a big reputable company. UPDATE: Kwik Fit admitted fault and have arranged to rectify the damage.

   We turned up without an appointment and were welcomed by polite, friendly staff who managed to sort out a new car battery for us whilst we waited in the comfortable waiting area.    I had pre booked for 4 new tyres and they quoted 1 hour for the work so I waited. They put my vehicle on the ramps on time and completed the work in 45 minutes. The mechanics were helpful when I asked questions. It looks to be a busy garage so worth pre booking if you can. I'd definitely use them again.
