These people are absolute clowns. Says in stock on there website they work in a office with no stock. They order from companies abroad. Not got a clue what they are doing. Over 2 weeks for parts joke. Order off eBay.
The customer service here is absolutely brilliant. If you are unsure or struggle finding parts on the website, simply give them a call and they will be happy to help. Believe I spoke to Andy but not completely sure, however he was very polite, found the parts I needed before I could even finish my sentence and arranged payment and delivery over the phone. Delivery can take a few days depending on what you order or where items are stored but they do inform you of any potential delays, extra time needed before you buy. Parts are good quality, they offer low priced replica items as well as original parts so depending on what you want there are options to save a bit of money. Would highly recommend this company and have been ordering from them for around seven years now without issue or regret. Thanks racing planet, wish you all well

Needed some parts for my speedfight 3 but wasn't sure on the correct part. I was a little put off at first because I couldn't get to speak to someone on the phone and had to email instead. So glad that I did email, what followed was a fast exchange of emails that answered all my questions and even advised me on what I could do next to iron out a few other issues for my moped. The service is first class.
