Great prices and love the stock. But I was overcharged on an item. What was more interesting is that at the till the employee realised, and made it out as if they had fixed it - I should have checked in store but I didnt and only realised when I got home that they hadn’t fixed the error and I paid more than I should have. Ive emailed immediately and not received a response.

I had a wonderful experience shopping at Lululemon. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They were attentive, and I especially appreciated that they asked for my name and wrote it on the fitting room where they placed the items I had selected — such a thoughtful touch. They offered advice in a friendly and considerate way, which made the whole experience even better. A special thanks to the gentleman at the checkout counter for his patience and kindness. Thank you!

First time in this store and first purchase. The staff were lovely, assisting me to exchange a Christmas gift smoothly and with no hassle. Decided to try on some items, Imogen was super efficient, attentive and with a friendly manner, arranged to have trousers altered as part of the free service provided. As a much older customer I can feel a little intimidated, but I will definitely be back, thank you.

Worst Lululemon in London - staff were humiliating, unhelpful and deceiving. I visited this branch because my leggings had a hole at the seam and I know that Lululemon have a quality promise - this was not upheld at this shop. I’ve been to Canary Wharf and Regent Street branches and been able to have items exchanged previously without any issue. This branch was asking me for proof of purchase , found it on their system and then refused to exchange my leggings because I purchased these leggings a year ago. It does not saying in your quality promise about not being able to exchange items that are a year old and I have been able to do this in other branches. Won’t be giving my money to Richmond Lululemon - snobby staff or staff were just standing around. Not welcoming, not helpful . Woman couldn’t even spell my name properly and I felt as if I had to purchase an item before I could get an exchange
