   Shockingly poor customer service, contacting customer complaints is managed by gate keeping and refusing detail to enable escalating complaints. You are consistently told we can not help and need to speak to a store manager, even when the complaint is about the store manager. How does that work? It doesn't! Because they make sure complaints are bounced away rather than dealing with poor management and poor practices, which include overcharging. My advice would be that if you must use a Poundland store, take your time at the till and check every price. And a queue of frustrated people is their problem because they create it.

   This Poundland does not contain a large Pep & Co 'store within a store' fashion section as is the case in many other Poundlands. It is very small, the full section is shown within the photo, and does not really in my opinion warrant its own Google listing.
